SELLER’S STORY:
If you are looking for alternative-fuel transport with a range somewhere between a bicycle and a Tesla, the Nissan Leaf SV is the way to go. Nissan was the first company to take the full-electric car to the mainstream American consumer, and they remain unmatched and almost unchallenged in affordable EVs. Being an SV, this Leaf is loaded with great equipment, including seat heaters for all four passengers, heated steering wheel, navigation, and CHAdeMO plug in for quick charging. For 2016 Nissan also upgraded the battery in top level Leafs, meaning this Leaf has a 30 kWh battery, giving this Nissan an EPA rated 107 mile range!! Like all vehicles here at Green Eyed Motors, this Leaf has been inspected and reconditioned by our team of technicians, and needed nothing! This Leaf also has the remainder of its factory warranty, so you can buy and drive with confidence! Call today to check availability or to schedule a test drive!

We've assumed a fuel economy of 21 miles per gallon for a comparable gasoline powered premium sedan, for example, the 2016 Mercedes-Benz S550. We've also assumed the national average of $0.13 per kilowatt-hour for electricity, 10% charging on Tesla’s Supercharger network and $2.70 per gallon for premium gasoline over the next five years.
Florida has allowed owners of hybrid, electric and other low-emission vehicles to ride in high-occupancy-vehicle lanes with only one person in the car between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. And with the introduction of the I-95 express lanes, they don't have to pay tolls.
EVs benefit from not requiring oil changes or other maintenance costs for exhaust systems. Studies have shown that this represents a 35 percent decrease in cost over time. Some calculations peg this to about 3 or 4 cents per mile of maintenance cost in an EV versus closer to 6 cents in an internal combustion car.
